Maple Broiled Scallops or Chicken Breast Bites, A quick appetizer you can assemble earlier in the day A snap to prepare when guests arrive , So this was the hit appetizer the Christmas Party I took them too! They didn’t last and I probably cut up six thick chicken breasts Awesome flavor and super simple to make I didn’t have the $ for Scallops so I just used chicken breasts I quadrupled the horseradish and still really couldn’t taste it though Maybe I’ll devote a whole bottle to the glaze, still didn’t matter though Taste was awesome! I broiled the chicken on a cooling rack over a pan to keep the chicken from cooking in the bacon fat Just my personal taste Also, I think Peppercorn bacon would have added a little more flavor over just normal bacon, but another personal taste I always substitute pepper back for regular bacon Thanks Again!
