    Maple – Ginger Butternut Squash, Nice easy veggie dish that can be done ahead and reheated in the microwave This can also be baked in a 400F oven for 45 minutes instead of microwaved , This recipe was so easy and delicious My 2 year daughter went nuts over it I am definitely keeping this one in my cookbook Thank you for posting!, LOVED IT! It was so fast and tasted wonderful It may have been my microwave, but I had to cook for 10 minutes, instead of just 5-8, no biggy

    Cook, Covered With Plastic Wrap, in Microwave on High For 5 to 8 Minutes Until Cooked and Tender Cool Slightly, Scoop Flesh Into a Bowl.
