Cook Until Syrup Is Dark Amber and Almost Cooked Away and Thickly Coats Nuts, Tossing Often, 3 to 3 1/2 Minutes. Scrape Nuts Onto Foil. Working Quickly With 2 Forks, Separate Nuts.
