Maple Glazed Salmon [ or Trout ],Found in an old Canadian Living magazine then adapted a tiny bit.,Absolutely loved this dish. I had one large salmon fillet which I scored to allow the sauce to penetrate the fish. This is going into my Best of 2015 cookbook. Thanks for sharing.
