Directions
Maple Roasted Pork Tenderloin,A deliciously sweet pork tenderloin. Do NOT substitute pancake syrup — this needs real maple syrup. From “Crazy Plates”.,Orange juice for orange zest. Reduced seasonings.,We really enjoyed this even though I only had 30 minutes to marinate. I didnt have orange zest so added a splash of orange juice. I reduced the coriander and curry to 1/2 t each and it was just right. It was done in 30 minutes at 350. A nice change from the usual pork loin recipes. I served this with broccoli and white rice.
