    Mar Far Chicken, This was my favorite chicken when I was a child over 30 years ago It calls for Funya bean curd (a fermented tofu product) which can be found at asian markets This is a key ingredient, and well worth the search Cook time does not include marinating time , used regular firm tofu as you can see in the picture used 2 chicken breast because the recipe didn`t specify parts or size I marinated overnight This was very tasty and very sweet I will try this again using fermented bean curd
