Margarita Cake,Ahhhhhh. A true Tex-mex delight!,Very moist and flavorful! I substituted ready made margarita mix that had tequila, triple sec, and grand Marnier in it; for the limeade, water, tequila, and triple sec in the cake. I did the same for the icing substituting it for the alcohol and adding lime juice and zest. Turned out great!,Can i freeze this cake? If not then how long will it keep?
