Spray 9-Inch Tube Pan With Nonstick Cooking Spray. |

Peel and Slice Apples. Mix Together 2 T. Cinnamon and 5 T. Sugar; Sprinkle Over Apples and Let Sit. |

Mix Together Sifted Flour, 2 Cups Sugar, Oil, Eggs, Baking Powder, Vanilla, and the Juice of 1 Orange. |

Pour Half of Batter in Prepared Tube Pan, Then Add Half the Apples, Remainder of Batter, Then Remainder of Apples. |

Mix Together 3/4 Cup Flour, 1/2 Cup Sugar, Butter, and 1/2 T. Cinnamon Until Crumbly. Sprinkle Over Top of Cake. |
