    Marinade for Flank Steak,A wonderful marinade for meat grilled on the BBQ or broiled.,Made recipe as written. This was okay, but I will not make it again.,I was looking for an easy soy and garlic marinade for my 2 lb flank steak and came across this one. Decided to omit the parsley and add 1/4 cup honey, sliced fresh ginger and extra worchestershire sauce. Let marinated in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. Grilled to medium rare. Seriously delicious. Extra meat will make a great steak salad tomorrow.
