Marinated Flank Steak, Since I absolutely love marinated flank steak, I’ve tried several recipes. This is sort of a conglomeration of all the best!, I marinated a 1# flank steak for 8 hours they pan fried it with onions. Steak melted on our mouths SO DELISH!!!!, Made this a week ago for family. I had #3 pounds, so increased the ingredients. I did reduce the Soy Sauce, added a bit of water some and added smoked salt.. prefect. Plenty of left overs for them and us the next day. Thank you. I have several Briskets..I may use this marinade for them too.
