Directions
Marinated Grilled Tuna Steak, The secret to a perfect tuna steak is to cook it as you would a rare or medium-rare steak, overcooking will produce a tough dry fish, the center needs to be pink — plan ahead the steaks need to marinade for 8-24 hours, prep time includes refrigeration time — I have made this in the past many times it is *very* good!, I have been making this for over a year now and perfect every time I am having to double the tuna now because everyone comes back for seconds I literally have to hide my extra portion to eat next day I make grilled vegetables and rice pilaf with mine Even the kids who never ate fish love this! A fresh spring mix salad with grilled slices of orange and a light raspberry vinaigrette also great with pieces of tuna for lunch next day , tell me the difference between this recipe and org/marinated-tuna-recipe-5-person/
