    Like the other reviewers, I couldn't find the specified seasoning, so used Penzeys Tuscan Seasoning. The marinade was very good, we were dunking our bread into it as we were eating. The only thing I would do differently is maybe cut the cheese into smaller squares.

    Marinated Mozzarella, Use this quick appetizer as an intro to many meals, Like the other reviewers, I couldn’t find the specified seasoning, so used Penzeys Tuscan Seasoning The marinade was very good, we were dunking our bread into it as we were eating The only thing I would do differently is maybe cut the cheese into smaller squares , I also had a hard time finding the Monterey Spice Blend I emailed McCormick and they informed me that it had been discontinued They suggested using their ROASTED GARLIC AND BELL PEPPER Spice Blends, which I did, and it was wonderful! Thanks for a great recipe
