Marinated Roast Beef,From Southern Living magazine.,Marinaded for 48 hours. I did not use the oil in the marinade so I could use the meat juices to make a gravy out of same after cooking the roast in the oven. The roast was superb and tender. The gravy was the added kicker to the meal. My wife said best supper ever.
