    I have to admit that I was not all that wild about these straight from the jar but they did add an interesting note to my green salad. I am not quite sure how else to use these - maybe in a turkey wrap? A very interesting recipe, thanks for posting.

    Marinated Walla Walla Sweet and Red Onion Rings, This is from an old booklet put out by the Walla Walla Gardeners Association Walla Walla is in SW Washington state , I have to admit that I was not all that wild about these straight from the jar but they did add an interesting note to my green salad I am not quite sure how else to use these – maybe in a turkey wrap? A very interesting recipe, thanks for posting , So easy, lots of flavor, great in a salad! I like to nibble them from the fridge too I put the onions in a pint jar and it worked well Thanks Mikekey!     Put All Ingredients Except Onions in a Saucepan (non-Aluminium), Cover and Simmer For 10 Minutes.

    Separate Onions Into Rings. Place in an Oblong Baking Pan (glass or Non-Aluminium) or Large Casserole.

    Pour Hot Liquid Over Onions. Cover and Chill at Least 4 Hours.

    Drain and Serve.
