Martha Stewart’s Soft Boiled Eggs 101,I’ve always loved soft boiled eggs. Serve these with toast fingers.,6 minutes too long in mid- Florida. Will have to do trial and error. I will try 5 minutes next time. May have to go to 4 1/2 , I just do not want runny whites. None at all. But want yolks runny. I think I saw a video on this site that said same process, even using eggs right out of refrigerator, and that was 3-4 minutes. Had not tried that yet, saw this and really wanted to make sure not under cooked. Better a little over than under, as if under, they become trash.,followed it perfectly and they were over cooked. Ready to be used for hardboiled. Trying again now with water already hot rather than keeping them in while it comes to a boil……..we will see
