Even my picky eater in the home loves this bread! I highly recommend this one to everyone I know.,This was really good. I didn’t have any lemon or orange rind but I am sure this is an integral part of the recipe. I will make it again just to try that. It was moist and flavorful. used some cinnamon sugar to coat the pans and give a little extra flavor.
