    Peel or Scrub the Potatoes and Cut Into 25mm Cubes. Boil in Salted Water For 4 Minutes. Drain and Allow Them to Cool. Place the Potatoes in a Bowl and Sprinkle Over the Masala Spices and the Olive Oil. Mix Until Fully Coated.

    Place the Potatoes on a Tray and Bake in the Oven at 220 Deg C For 25 Minutes Turning as Required.
