    Cook Potatoes and Garlic in a Large Pot Filled With Boiling, Salted Water Until Potatoes Are Very Tender, About 15 Minutes.

    Meanwhile, Heat 1/2 Cup Butter in Heavy Small Saucepan Over Medium Heat.
