It is not a Hanukkah recipe., This was pretty good. used an 8″ square pan, which the matzoh fit in perfectly, although by the time added all the ingredients it was right at the top of the pan and I barely had room to pour in the water. I did end up baking longer uncovered for the cheese to start browning on top.

    Grease a Pan Large Enough to Fit the One Matzoh Board.
