Drain the Pilchards, Retaining the Tomato Sauce. |

Add to Mashed Potato and Beaten Egg, Mixture Must Be Quite Stiff. |

Form Into Cakes and Bake at 200 C For Approximately 30 Minutes, Turning Over Half Way Through. |
