    Meatloaf For One, When cooking for ourselves alone, we tend not to indulge in the comfort food of family-sized meals such as meatloaf. We’re intimidated with thoughts of leftovers or of breaking down recipes for a single portion. This recipe will give you one dinner and perhaps a sandwich or enough to share with a friend., If use a corningware dish. How long do i cook it?, Well used panco crumbs instead of a slide of bread and bbq sauce in place of ketchup, we loved it…so easy to make and this makes two meatloaves for us so I get two dinners out of it…love it??
