Directions
Meatloaf Muffins,Another good one from Toronto Chef Michael Bonacini. Not your ordinary meat loaf, its great with his Macaroni & Cheese and a green vegetable for a “retro” dinner!!!!,Turned it into kid-friendly, 5 star by adding 2 teaspoons garlic powder and 1/3 cup finely shredded carrots, used 1 1/4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce a little less ketchup, no hotsauce and no bbq sauce and no parseley (my kids won’t eat things with green pieces of anything in it.,Thank you for the great recipe. My husband loves meatloaf (I do not) and I wanted to surprise him, he loved it. He did not like the BBQ sauce on it so I took off a star ( would have only been 1/2 a star but we can’t do that). I will definitely make this for him again.
