Meatloaf Wellington, I got this recipe from Taste Of Home It is so good and very easy It is so impressive, you can serve it to company It is just outstanding The original recipe called for beef, pork and veal I just use beef , This is the only meatloaf I will be making from now on I have looked and looked for a flavorful meatloaf, and finally I have found it! Excellent flavor and the sauce/gravy makes it special enough to serve to company , I tryed this recipe a while back I can tell you it’s absolutely fantastic! I did add in some fresh garlic also, this is really a never-fail recipe that makes a wonderful meal to serve to guests, thanks for sharing this recipe Liz! Kitten:)
