Directions
Spinach Feta Orzo, Orzo at first glance looks a lot like rice, but it’s actually very small grains of pasta. It cooks quickly, so this recipe comes together fast; a good side dish when making a 30 minute meal., I added a star from my last review. I made this again using 1/2 the spinach and more onion. It was really delicious., Loved this new way to serve orzo! Made the recipe just as is except with fresh spinach. The flavors are wonderful and the dill was a very nice complement when served along with baked salmon. Thanks for sharing!

Cook the Orzo According to Package Directions. |

Heat the Oil in a Skillet Over Medium High Heat. |

Add the Onion and Saute For 5 Minutes or Until Softened, but not Browned. |
