    this was very good i made it for one and i assumed that meant one chicken breast i baked mine at 350 for 1 hour and 15 more minutes uncovered i didnt add water my chicken breasts seem to be half water when i cook them . i think it turned out great . dont worry about the maple syrup , you really dont taste it . used bell peppers instead of hot peppers again fine for me really flavorul and you can bake 2 more chicken dishes at the same , just reheat .

    Cook Garlic, Jalapeno and Diced Chicken in Oil. Add Maple Syrup and Cook Another 2 to 3 Minutes Stirring Constantly.
