Tuna and Spinach Tortellini Salad, A recipe from Ricardo that I want to try probably soon., I have made this multiple times and it is so light and refreshing. Great with using lots of spinich from the garden. I even leave out the pasta if I don’t have any. Great in the summer! Thanks :-, I halved the recipe for lunch for DS and myself.
