Za’atar Tomatoes, I made this up one evening using za’atar sent to me by Sue L! Very simple & everybody raved , Meh Used heirloom tomatoes & they got really mushy Didn’t love the Za’atar either , What a great side using lovely fresh tomatoes Made using Recipe #490809 they stayed semi firm and still kept the fresh taste and the Za’tar went so well with the tomato flavoe So very easy and so very good This one is a keeper

Preheat Oven to 400f. |

Core Tomatoes & Slice Into Thick Rounds (thirds or Fourths). |

Place in 1 Layer on a Large Sided Baking Sheet. Drizzle a Small Amount of Olive Oil on Each Tomato & Sprinkle Za'atar on Top. |

Bake For 10 Minutes or Until Hot but not Mushy. |
