Za’atar Tomatoes,I made this up one evening using za’atar sent to me by Sue L! Very simple & everybody raved.,Meh.. Used heirloom tomatoes & they got really mushy. Didn’t love the Za’atar either.,What a great side using lovely fresh tomatoes. Made using Recipe #490809. they stayed semi firm and still kept the fresh taste and the Za’tar went so well with the tomato flavoe. So very easy and so very good. This one is a keeper.

Preheat Oven to 400f. |

Core Tomatoes & Slice Into Thick Rounds (thirds or Fourths). |

Place in 1 Layer on a Large Sided Baking Sheet. Drizzle a Small Amount of Olive Oil on Each Tomato & Sprinkle Za'atar on Top. |

Bake For 10 Minutes or Until Hot but not Mushy. |
