Tomato Salsa for Canning – Medium Heat, Hi, I’ve tried your recipe and its truly delicious and the best I’ve made Just wondering if you know if its acidic enough for safe canning I added 1/2 cup of lime juice just in case as most salsa recipes with similar ingredients have at least 1 cup of vinegar to lower the ph I guess Many thanks for sharing
