Mexican Chef Salad, This salad goes together very quickly, and is great for those times when you don’t really feel like cooking , used to make taco salads a lot and it’s now been awhile since I made one We enjoyed this yummy salad for lunch today Made a few changes to the overall recipe, but they were minor ones : ), This was a delicious salad! I did not use the black olives or the beans because we are staying at an airbnb and there is no can opener! I was pretty miffed! No salt either; I had a little packet from fast food though! But we loved it anyway – the dressing and the spices on the meat were really great used equal amounts of light mayo and salsa and ground turkey
