1/2 cup chopped cilantro

    In a Large Bowl, Combine All of the Ingredients (except Tortillas) Until Well Blended.

    Spread About Cup of the Mixture Over the Entire Surface of a Tortilla. Roll Up Tightly. Repeat With Remaining Tortillas.
