Mexican Hot Chocolate,Wonderful comfort drink.,I’ve made this recipe numerous times and keep forgetting to review it. It’s wonderful. It reminds me of the Mexican hot chocolate from our favorite Mexican restaurant in NYC. I tweak this recipe by using 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar instead of the 4, and it is sweet enough. I enjoy this hot chocolate with Stella D’oro anisette sponge cookies.,I suggest adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. I always add this to any cocoa. Try it..
