Mexican Layered Fruit Salad

Features:
    Cuisine:

This made a great brekky today, My apple was a little green one and used watermelon instead of papaya as they are not easy to find in Melbourne in winter. I topped it with a tiny sprinkle of muesli that contains nuts and coconut. The honey made this quite a treat as I rarely sweeten fruit or yoghurt. Made for ZWT8.
