Mexican Polenta Pie,This is a good casserole for a crowd or a potluck. The recipe was a $200 winner in a casserole contest.,This is totally addicting! The only changes I made were using jalepeno pepper instead of sweet green and Mexican style diced tomatoes! Two of us literally ate over half a pan!
