Mexican Pollo Asado,Mexican marinated chicken breasts,I don’t care what you call it, as long as it’s “delicious!” Super easy and probably the best chicken I’ve had. Seriously, this has been made almost weekly since we first tried it. Sooooo good! We eat it with salad, we slice it up for chicken burritos, throw it on a salad. It’s so good!,The whole family enjoyed this for dinner. I only had time to marinate for a few hours but it was enough to keep my boneless skinless chicken breasts moist in the oven. I will try this again with line juice since I had to use lemon. I also added a splash of gold tequila. Thanks for sharing.
