A cheesy treat with great texture We make this all the time It only takes <10 minutes total and can be easily halved For 2 adults, halving the recipe is plenty for several servings each For extra BAM! add some green chilis , I have made this for years I add jalapeos to mine because I love spicy food I eat my with Lime Tortilla chips Delicious!!!, I love this stuff! A niece of mine and her Mom gave me this recipe last year But use the mild rotel instead of the original and only 1 can Everything else is the same I also use the yellow corn tortilla chips from the Mexican isle in the grocery store use the McCormicks mild chili seasoning packet It says it is a 1 25 oz packet I only sprinkle a sparingly amount into the dip So how much would you recommend of this chili seasoning packet to the recipe?
