1 small green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
seasoning salt
pepper
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chili powder (or to taste)
1/2 tablespoon cumin (or to taste)
1/2 cup prepared salsa (medium heat or spicy)
1/3 cup sour cream
grated parmesan cheese
