    Mexican Style Fruit Salad,A nice change of pace between Mexican Courses. If watermelon isn’t around use honeydew.,Refreshing. used raw, local, organic honey in place of the white sugar to be healthier but if I were to serve this to company I would use the sugar. used nice seedless red watermelon, the cantaloupe, and honeydew for the melons, plus the rest of the ingredients. Made for ALL YOU CAN COOK BUFFET – SPECIAL EVENT!,Delicious and accompanied a Costa Rican-themed meal very well! Fresh pineapple mint from the garden. I did sub other fruit for the melon though: strawberries, oranges and grapes. Thanks for posting!
