Quick oats are cut into smaller pieces, so they cook faster , Really good recipe & I love that it’s made in the microwave It’s something DD will eat & it’s fast enough that she was able to wait for it 🙂 used a granny smith so next time I might add a bit of brown sugar to balance the tartness a bit Probably a sweeter apple would be plenty sweetness next time too I had to sub cranberries for the raisins and just used a couple pecans for garnish, although they were really good with this recipe We’ll be making this again & again!
