Microwave English Muffin Bread,My neighbor makes this all the time and I love it. A neat way to have bread without heating up the oven (too much). Cook time includes rise time.,We’ve been making this for at least 30 years! So good! My sister in law likes to add raisins or craisins. I like it plain, but I do substitute 1/3 of flour with whole wheat. I’ve tried baking it in the oven but it’s much better tasting (and faster) in the microwave,Surprinsingly good. Moist and soft. I almost put it in the oven, but glad I followed the recipe.

Combine 3 Cups Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and Soda in Large Bowl. |

Heat Milk and Water Until Warm but Do not Boil. |
