    What a quick and no fuss way to make an omelette. I left the salsa out, and added cheese. Cooked a double serving with a little melted butter in a large flat bowl for 5 or 6 minutes. A definite do again meal.

    Microwave Omelet, This is probably the fastest, easiest omelet you will ever make It almost doesn’t even deserve to be called a recipe, since it’s more of a method than anything else! Of course, you can use any type of egg substitute or real eggs; you can also add any type of vegetables, if you’d like! You might want to add salt and pepper to taste, based upon whatever you add to the eggs used hot chunky salsa, and I felt that was enough flavor for me , What a quick and no fuss way to make an omelette I left the salsa out, and added cheese Cooked a double serving with a little melted butter in a large flat bowl for 5 or 6 minutes A definite do again meal , Good and easy to make I made this at work for myself for a nice breakfast I think I would like it better with some cheddar cheese on it

    Spray a Microwave-Safe Plate With Nonstick Spray.

    Pour All Whites Into the Plate and Stir in Salsa. Microwave on High For 3-5 Minutes, Depending on How Well-Done You Like Your Eggs.
