Microwave Tilapia,a fast healthy dish,Excellent! I couldn’t believe how quickly we were eating lunch. used fillets straight from the freezer and couldn’t be happier with the ease of preparation and the overall flavor. My toddler and I both enjoyed this. I liked the combination of tarragon and cider vinegar, but no one flavor overpowered another and everything was a nice compliment to the fish. In a Microwavable Baking Dish, Arrange Tilapia Fillets in a Single Layer. Dot With Pieces of Butter, and Minced Garlic. Sprinkle Over Fresh Tarragon. Cover With Waxed Paper and Microwave on High For 2 Minutes. |
