Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers, Adapted from the Food Network Kitchens, this is a great chicken burger with exotic Middle Eastern flavors! Try it!, WOW if you want flavors dancing taste this recipe The only thing I changed was adding a small dice carrot with the onion used a mixture of spicy brown and honey mustard with a touch of the molasses before adding cheese to melt on top Moist and wonderful , Excellent! Big surprise, much more flavorfull than expected Had to sub ground turkey for chicken because that all local store carries Tasted great, but strongly recommend you include the fixins that are listed (tomato, cuccumber, onion) because IMO they really balance out and perfect the flavor
