    Mignon’s Rice and Broccoli Casserole, This is been made for years in the family and pretty good , great, use mushroom soup, and make same, sounds like our Hill family recipe, I combined mushroom soup (condensed) and fresh broccoli florets that I boiled for a few minutes with some left over spanish rice and cheddar cheese This recipe was the inspiration to a dish my family loved (and it disguised the spanish rice that the kids disliked!)

    Mix Cheese Whiz and Soup Together in a Pot, Add Broccoli and Cook Until Cheese Is Melted.

    Saute Onions in the Butter, Then Mix Rice, Onions and Cheese/Broccoli Mixture Together.

    Sprinkle With Garlic Salt and Paprika.

    Put in 9 X13 Inch Dish and Bake at 350f For 15-20 Minutes.
