    Mile High All Butter Pound Cake, I got this recipe from Home cooking magazine; Jan 2000 Great cake and it definitely is high! Different spices and flavorings make it even better! If I have to bring something to an event, I make this and it’s always a hit!, This cake looks and sounds great What type of flour is used, all-purpose or white lily?, I can’t take a picture of this cake because it’s gone as soon as it hits the counter (after it cools, of course!) Everyone should have that one cake that’s a surefire hit, and this one is it!

    Preheat Oven to 325. Grease and Lightly Flour Bottom of Tube Pan.

    Sift Together Flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Cream Butter. Gradually Add Sugar, Beating All the Time. Beat in Eggs, 1 at a Time.

    Add Dry Ingredients. Beat. Add Lemon Juice. Pour Batter Into Prepared Pan.

    Bake For 1 Hour and 45 Minutes, or Until Done. Cool on a Wire Rack.
