Milk-Free, Egg-Free Pancakes, My oldest daughter was severely allergic to milk for three+ years, then *poof* the allergy ceased to exist in her system While she had this allergy, we struggled with Milk-Free recipes/food I began making nearly everything from scratch I bought a really great book, The Milk-Free Kitchen, where this recipe is from We still make these soft, fluffy and delicious pancakes I will also post the recipe for Milk-Free Blueberry Pancakes , My go to pancake recipe Been using this for years Almost a decade! My son was allergic to milk and eggs as a toddler so this was the recipe used I loved it so much I still use it now even though he’s no longer allergic, just use real milk and butter now I still omit the eggs because I just love the dense texture more without The eggs make them more fluffy I’ve even made a pumpkin version for fall Just add 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree to the mixture, 1 tsp of vanilla and a tsp of pumpkin spice So good!, Suggestions for something to add in place of egg besides just more water?
