Million Dollar Pound Cake,This is so rich and buttery you’ll claim it’s worth a million bucks.,Came out perfect the first 2 times. Dont know what i did wrong this time; it fell. I think because i smoothed it out on top like i saw someone do to get a flatter crown? I guess it works better in a loaf pan? But i think that deflated my precious built up air????.,Followed a tip i saw somewhere else that since there isnt any leavening like baking powder used that you have to incorporate air by first beating butter for 5 minutes and then sugar for 5 minutes. I didnt see that specified here although it does say cream butter.
