Mimi’s Banana Muffins,My girls loved TGirl’s recipe #56480 and wanted to eat the muffins every morning for breakfast. This is a “healthier” version which I don’t mind giving them every morning – it makes for a peaceful breakfast time!,These muffins were a beautiful treat for a chilly fall afternoon! used 1/2c. brown sugar and added in a bit of vanilla extract. After they had been in the oven for 2min I placed walnut halves on each one (I made 12 reg muffins, not mini muffins). They look gorgeous and taste even better – and best of all, they were so easy to make. I’ll be making these again – soon!,Fantastic texture and flavor and no fat!!! Quick and easy – will definitely make again. Will decrease sugar to 1/4 c. brown sugar instead of both like other review.
