Mimi’s Streusel Top Pumpkin Bread, Absolutely the tastiest pumpkin bread in all the world—all because of the streusel topping It is yummy Try it; you’ll love it It makes two good sized loaves , Seriously PHENOMENAL I have tried so many different pumpkin breads, and I can’t believe this one only has 3 reviews! It is so so so good! And it turns out great every time! Just like Mimi’s!, I have been making pumpkin bread for years and I found this one last year and I have been making it every since!!! I am so sorry I have not reviewed it yet and I can’t understand why it does not have more reviews because this is the best pumpkin bread I have ever had!!! I did change the sugar to 2 1/2 cups of white and 1/2 brown and instead of the cin/nutmeg/clove I just add 1 tab of pumpkin spice I also add it to the topping instead of just cinnamon use the small loaf pan’s and I get 6 of them I only cook it for it 30 minutes because they are smaller Thank you for this receipe!!!

In a Large Bowl Place the First 5 Ingredients (sugar, Oil, Water, Eggs, and Pumpkin), and Beat One Minute on Low. |

Blend at Low Speed Until Moistened and Then Beat For 1 Minute at Medium Speed. |

Make the Streusel Topping by Mixing the Last 5 Ingredients (brown Sugar, Walnuts, Flour, Cinnamon, and Butter). |
