Mini Ham Quiches,Very versatile; you can replace the ham with bacon, sausage, chicken or shrimp or substitute chopped onion, red pepper or zucchini for the olives. From Taste of Home magazine.,I think these would have turned out much better without the butter. I’ve used The “Blender Quiche” recipe here on zaar many times (that works on the same bisquick/crustless concept and it’s always great.) So this looked good to me. But the butter looked funny since the other doesn’t have it. I tried it anyway and in our opinions these turned out a little greasy and rather soggy.,GREAT recipe. Easy to prepare and the cook up beautifully!Tripled for church fellowship breakfast. Shared leftovers with a friend that loves to cook and she made a special call just to say YUMMY! I have already passed along the recipe to several friends. This is my “go-to” quiche recipe from now on.
